Early Life

She was born in Shimla, India, on January 31, 1975. Preity Zinta attended the Lawrence School in Sanawar, Solan, Himachal Pradesh in addition to the Convent of Jesus and Mary boarding school in Shimla. 

A graduate of St. Bede’s College, her undergraduate degree is in English, and her master’s degree is in Criminal Psychology. Basketball was a favorite sport in her childhood.
